Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

Returns (if applicable)

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after delivery the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to make sure you send the package to the right address. 

Notes

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 14 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.;


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at yud09718@gmail.com.

Ordering & Customization

How does the custom pet plush process work?

Simply upload clear photos of your pet, choose your preferred size, and place your order. Our artists will carefully study your pet’s features, including fur color, markings, body shape, facial expression, and unique details, then handcraft a one-of-a-kind plush based on your pet.

Can you make any type of pet?

Yes. We can create custom plush replicas of dogs, cats, rabbits, and many other pets. If your pet has unique features, colors, or markings, please upload multiple photos so we can better capture the details.

Can I choose the size?

Yes. You can choose from the available size options on the product page. Because every plush is handmade, slight size variations may occur depending on your pet’s body shape and design details.

Can I request a specific pose?

You may leave a note with your preferred pose when placing your order. We will do our best to match your request, but some complex poses may not be possible depending on your pet’s shape, photos, and the handmade construction process.

Can I add accessories such as a collar or scarf?

Small accessories may be possible depending on the design. Please contact us before placing your order if you would like to add a collar, scarf, tag, bow, or other detail. Additional charges may apply for custom accessories.

Photos & Accuracy

What photos should I upload?

Please upload clear, well-lit photos of your pet from multiple angles, including the front, side, back, face close-up, and any special markings. Avoid blurry photos, heavy filters, screenshots, or photos where your pet is partly covered. The better the photos, the more accurate your plush can be.

Can you work with old or low-quality photos?

Yes, we can try our best. However, clear and detailed photos help us create a more accurate result. If your photos are blurry, dark, or limited, we may contact you for additional images before production begins.

Will my plush look exactly like my pet?

Each plush is a handmade artistic recreation, not a machine-made copy. We carefully match your pet’s key features, fur color, markings, body shape, and expression, but small handmade differences may occur. Every plush is unique.

Can you capture special markings or unique features?

Yes. We pay close attention to special markings, color patterns, ear shape, tail shape, facial details, and other unique features. Please upload close-up photos of any details you want us to capture.

Can I review the plush before shipping?

Yes. Before shipping, we can send preview photos of your finished plush. If small adjustments are needed, please let us know as soon as possible before the order is packed and shipped.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?

Our standard production time is usually 4–6 weeks, depending on your pet’s complexity and current order volume. Since each plush is handmade from scratch, we take the time needed to create it with care.

Why does it take several weeks?

Each plush is individually handmade, including pattern design, material selection, sewing, shaping, trimming, coloring, and detail finishing. This careful process takes time, especially for pets with complex markings or unique features.

Can I rush my order?

Rush service may be available depending on our current production schedule. Please contact us before placing your order if you need your plush by a specific date. Rush orders may require an additional fee.

How long does shipping take?


After production is completed, shipping usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location and shipping method. Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or carrier delays.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to many countries and regions. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Will I receive a tracking number?


Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Are customs duties or taxes included?

Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout. These charges may be collected by your local customs office or carrier.

Because each plush is custom made, cancellations are only accepted before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled.

Can I return my custom plush?

Because every plush is custom made specifically for your pet, we do not accept standard returns or exchanges once production has started. However, your satisfaction matters to us. If there is a quality issue, shipping damage, or the item is significantly not as described, please contact us within 14 days after delivery with photos and details. We will review your case carefully and work with you on a fair solution, which may include a repair, replacement, partial refund, or refund where appropriate.

What if I am not happy with the result?

Please contact us within 14 days after delivery with clear photos and details about your concerns. Since each plush is a handmade artistic recreation, minor differences are normal, but we will carefully review your feedback and do our best to help. If there is a quality issue or the item is significantly not as described, we will work with you on a suitable solution.

What if my plush arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 14 days after delivery with photos of the plush and the packaging. If the damage was caused during shipping or there is a quality issue, we will review the case and help resolve it as quickly as possible, which may include a replacement, repair, partial refund, or refund where appropriate.

Can I request changes after production has started?

Small adjustments may be possible during the production process, but major changes such as size, pose, body shape, or completely different features may not be possible once production has started.

What materials are used?

We use soft plush fabrics, synthetic fur, filling, and detailed finishing techniques to recreate your pet’s look. Materials are selected based on your pet’s color, texture, markings, and overall appearance.

Is each plush handmade?

Yes. Every custom pet plush is individually handmade by experienced artists. Because each piece is made from scratch, slight variations may occur, which makes every plush one of a kind.

How should I clean my custom plush?

We recommend gentle spot cleaning only. Use a soft cloth with mild soap and water, then air dry naturally. Do not machine wash, bleach, soak, tumble dry, or use strong cleaning products.

Is this product suitable for children?

This product is mainly designed as a personalized keepsake and memorial gift. For young children, adult supervision is recommended.

Is this plush suitable for pets to play with?

Our custom plushes are designed as keepsakes and decorative items, not chew toys or rough-play toys. We recommend keeping them away from pets that may bite, chew, or damage them.

Is this a memorial gift?

Yes. Many customers create a custom pet plush as a heartfelt way to remember a beloved pet. It can bring comfort, preserve special memories, and make a meaningful gift for pet lovers.
